Congratulations to yorkiemom for her layout "Block Party". This gorgeous layout was voted LOTW by the scrappers on our site. The large photo on this layout is simply awesome and it captures the pure joy in her face perfectly! I love the use of a plain coloured background paper to match in with the green blocks.
